Refund policy

For biosecurity reasons we do not accept returns of live plants. We are committed to maintaining a collection free of pests and diseases and therefore do not allow sold plants to reenter our greenhouses because we have no control over what the plant may be exposed to after entering another collection or facility. Please see our Terms of Service for our plant guarantee, if there are any issues with your order upon arrival contact us by email and we will be happy to assist.
