GUARANTEE - LIVE PLANTS

We are experienced in packing and shipping plants, having sent and received thousands of plants successfully as hobbyists for years before starting our business. In the rare event that something does go wrong, please reach out to us and give us the opportunity to fix it, and we will absolutely take care of you. We strongly believe in not leaving a customer hanging and will make it right to the best of our ability

WE GUARANTEE THAT YOUR PLANTS WILL ARRIVE ALIVE AND IN GOOD CONDITION.

In the event that we need to replace a plant, priority will be given to replacing the plant with the same one. If no suitable replacement is available, we will offer store credit or a refund. This will be done on a case-by-case basis, with credits/replacements generally taking priority.

We do not issue refunds for shipping charges.

We do not accept returns.

In the event of an issue upon unboxing, please email us and include detailed photos of the plant and a description of the problem. We will aim to respond within 12-24 hours. When mixing plants and shipping services, it is inevitable that lightning will eventually strike somewhere. It’s rare, but it happens. This is why it is important to reach out to us and give us the opportunity to fix it. We do require that you unbox your order promptly upon arrival and contact us on the same day that the shipment was delivered. Failure to do so will void our guarantee. This is an agreement in good faith and if we determine that a customer is attempting to deceive us or pull any kind of scam, we reserve the right to decline any further business with them. We often take photos and/or video of plants during packing to keep record of exactly what was sent.

We have no control over what happens once the package leaves our hands. That does not mean we will leave you hanging if the shipment becomes lost or destroyed in transit. We won’t. Our job isn’t done until you get your plants, right?! What it does mean is that we do not issue refunds or replacements for things like leaf bends/breaks that occur during shipping and will not impact the plant’s overall health or ability to grow. Even with the best packing job, damage to foliage when shipping live plants, while uncommon, can happen at times. Some leaves are brittle, especially the tips. Sometimes, they’re not “Instagram ready” right out of the box. This is something that comes with the territory. If a plant shows up mangled in a way that is going to set it back or kill it, or if it were to arrive dead, of course we will take care of that.

We do not offer a guarantee on plants beyond arriving alive and in good condition- you must care for a plant and learn its needs to keep it in good health. We will send you nice plants! It is up to you to grow them well. We are not responsible for plants declining in health weeks or months later, or the buyer’s remorse that comes along with that.

If you are purchasing a plant that is in spike or flower, please note that we absolutely can not guarantee that flowers/spikes will remain intact during or after shipping. They are simply too delicate. It’s common for flowers to be wonky and shorter-lived after shipping, compared to when bloomed at home.

PLANT AGE & SIZING

Plant listings will have their pot size included. An approximate “age” in relation to flowering will often be given to help customers understand how far a plant is from blooming size.

Blooming size plants: are ready to bloom within the next year.

Near blooming size plants: should reach blooming size within 1-2 years.

Seedlings: are plants 2 or more years from flowering.

Please note that times to bloom are approximate and cannot be guaranteed due to variations in growing conditions and individual plants. “Blooming size” means that the plant is large enough to flower, but they will only actually do so if and when the conditions are right… or whenever the heck they feel like it. Sometimes we don’t get them either!
