Cattleya labiata is the first Cattleya species to be discovered and described which set off the famous period of Victorian orchid fever. These seedlings are an outcross of a pale forma amoena by a normal lavendar (tipo) by Marni Turkel.
These will probably all bloom as tipo forms, crossing siblings or back to an amoena should yield a mix of amoena and tipo in the next generation.
