Collection: Cattleya Alliance Orchids

Cattleya are often called "The Queen of Orchids" and have been the crown jewels of countless orchid collections since the first species was described in 1824. They are loved for their showy flowers which are often large and fragrant, ease of cultivation, and reliable blooming. It would be possible for a dedicated collector to grow nothing but Cattleya alliance orchids and have a diverse collection that blooms year-round.

Here you will find Cattleya and their relatives including Laelia, Brassavola, Epidendrum, Encyclia, Guarianthe, Myrmecophila, Schomburgkia, and their many hybrids.
